Job Title and Role Description

Position

The position available is for a Recruiter, specifically within Cover Genius’s Talent Acquisition Team. This role revolves around the full lifecycle recruitment process, management of hiring logistics, and the overall enhancement of the candidate experience, especially for roles in the customer and support departments.

Key Responsibilities

As a Recruiter, you will:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify specific job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Evaluate inbound candidates and proactively source potential candidates using various channels.
  • Maintain a candidate pipeline, ensuring that there are both active and passive candidates available for future needs.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and manage logistics to guarantee a smooth recruitment process.
  • Conduct initial screenings for candidates and manage all communications with them to provide updates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a project manager, ensuring that both hiring managers and teams are well-coordinated throughout recruitment activities.
  • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to provide insights into the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and processes.
  • Assist in preparing job descriptions and managing job postings on different platforms.
