This role is essential in serving as a trusted client advisor and candidate advocate, merging innovative recruitment strategies and market insights to connect the best talent with the specific hiring needs of clients.
As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the selection process, which encompasses identifying potential candidates, conducting initial phone interviews, organizing interviews, and collecting feedback from clients and candidates.
Building and maintaining a strong network of candidates through diligent market research, and continuous bench management to ensure that client needs are promptly met. This involves delivering measurable results, demonstrated by an excellent submit-to-interview and interview-to-offer ratio.
Developing creative and proactive recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active candidates, ensuring a broad talent pool for each open position.
Presenting candidates effectively for open roles, while navigating and overcoming any objections during the hiring process.
Consulting with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and the overall recruitment process, with a focus on maximizing value for the client. Maintaining strong client relationships is fundamental to this role.
Utilizing reports effectively, which include maintaining applicant tracking systems and administrative responsibilities, ensuring the recruitment process is organized and efficient.

Proven recruiting experience, covering all aspects from market research to candidate negotiations in a fast-paced environment driven by metrics and deadlines.
The ability to consistently exceed performance goals while being open to implement feedback for improvement.
A relentless focus on the recruitment pipeline, with the proficiency to communicate the pipeline effectively to colleagues and stakeholders.
A strong commitment to client satisfaction and continual improvement, showcasing a proactive attitude in addressing client needs.
Capability in executing effective recruitment strategies, articulating the values of Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), and nurturing client relationships.
