To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:
A Master's degree in marketing or a related business field.
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within the medical device sector, with a focus on cardiac rhythm management and/or electrophysiology.
Fluency in English, French, and German, as communication across diverse cultures is integral to the role.
A valid availability to travel for at least 30% of working time to meet with clients and stakeholders in the different regions.
Strong analytical skills with a track record in data analytics to guide marketing decisions.
Capability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, execute complex projects, and prioritize tasks.
