Overview

EquipmentShare is actively seeking a Remote Regional Recruiter to support its growing Talent Acquisition department. Geographically, preference is given to candidates located in the Pacific, Mountain, or Central Time Zones. The primary duties will involve hiring for a variety of high-volume non-exempt and exempt branch positions, including but not limited to Heavy Equipment Mechanics, CDL drivers, Rental Coordinators, and Service Managers across the nation.

Primary Responsibilities

As a Regional Recruiter, you'll undertake full-lifecycle recruiting within an assigned region or vertical. Responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a subject matter expert for your roles and the associated market segments.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with departmental managers to accurately assess hiring needs and job specifications.
  • Utilizing a variety of recruiting sources to innovate strategies aimed at developing a strong pipeline of quality passive candidates.
  • Screening resumes and managing candidates throughout the hiring process, from interview preparation up to final offer negotiations.
  • Striving to meet or exceed relevant recruiting KPIs such as time to fill, cost per hire, and quality of hire.
  • Maintaining a comprehensive database of candidate records, covering both active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborating with other Talent team members and the onboarding team to finalize the hiring process.
  • Ensuring that all recruiting practices adhere to current legal standards.
  • Working closely with the team on refining future hiring processes and best practices.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned.

Desired Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:



  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruitment, with a focus on exempt sales roles. Experience in the Construction industry or similar fields is preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with job boards, sourcing tools, and other candidate messaging platforms, particularly LinkedIn, as well as other platforms like Indeed/Glassdoor.
  • Proficient knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Greenhouse.
  • A grasp of productivity software, database management, and advanced internet search techniques, including boolean searches.
  • A track record of successfully conducting interviews using various platforms (phone, video, email, in-person).
  • A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification in human resources management or a related field is preferred.
  • Flexibility to travel occasionally when necessary (less than 10%).
