As a Remote Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in addressing customer technical requests, particularly those related to product and service malfunctions. Role Responsibilities

  • Documenting service activities, including diagnostics, resolutions, and test procedures in the management system.
  • Acting as a customer's ambassador by accurately capturing knowledge and diagnostics to facilitate first-time resolutions when a field engineer is required.
  • Managing customer service escalations and comprehensively documenting the steps taken toward resolution.
  • Addressing safety-related complaints and ensuring all feedback is appropriately logged for follow-up actions.

Required Skills

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • A graduate degree or equivalent, preferably in an engineering, medical, or scientific field. Certification in engineering or network engineering is desirable.
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fields related to engineering, medical technology, or science.
  • Strong skills in communication, customer service, and KPI management.
  • Advanced proficiency in English and a local language (Spanish is a plus).
  • Excellent PC skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications. Experience with IT/network diagnostics and remote service capabilities is essential.

Work Environment
