Job Opportunity

The position of Senior Business Development Executive focuses on enhancing customer experience (CX) through a strategic partnership with Zendesk. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage this partnership to drive revenue growth and customer engagement within the Zendesk ecosystem.

As part of this role, the individual will build and manage the business pipeline and expand market share through innovative sales strategies and exemplary customer relationship management for the services offered at TELUS Digital.

Job Responsibilities

The Senior Business Development Executive will have several key responsibilities, including:
