The Sales Assistant role is primarily operational and administrative in nature, supporting the Sales and Account Management functions across the APAC region. Creating comprehensive and structured comparisons or cost summaries within Excel or alternative formats, ensuring clarity and organization in communication.
Presenting the final pricing and feasibility reports to internal stakeholders, outlining which providers can execute each project and under what conditions.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate reflection of programming costs and integration with external quotes.
Maintaining thorough documentation and tracking all quote requests, fostering internal reporting and performance assessment.
Assisting the sales team with various administrative tasks, such as market research, price tracking, and data organization, to improve operational efficiency.
Cultivating effective communication with external providers to build and maintain strong working relationships and ensure timely exchanges of information.
Candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
A Bachelor’s degree in any field, with a preference for quantitative disciplines such as Mathematics, Finance, Engineering, or Computer Science.
