Key Responsibilities

As an SDR, you will support the Sales Team in reaching yearly bookings goals and will be directly involved in various critical functions, such as:

  • Prospecting: Identifying and sourcing leads for the Sales Team through targeted research.

  • Direct Outreach: Engaging potential leads via emails and phone calls to establish initial contact.

  • Lead Qualification: Assessing the viability of potential leads to ensure they meet the team's quality standards.

  • Lead Research: Conducting thorough research into pertinent school district and state context to increase lead validity.

  • Lead Analysis: Collaborating with Sales Leadership to identify early pipeline trends and proposing actionable strategies in response.

  • CRM Management: Diligently logging all activities in Salesforce, including tracking new leads and maintaining outreach records.

  • Market Research: Engaging in regular market assessments to analyze local and state educational policies and initiatives, assisting in broadening the Sales and Marketing strategies.

  • Other Team Projects: Supporting additional projects as assigned that contribute to team objectives and overall efficiency.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • One year of experience either as a K-12 classroom teacher or as a Sales Development Representative.
  • A goal-oriented and team-first mindset, with a strong emphasis on individual resilience and self-motivation.
  • Interpersonal and problem-solving skills that can foster collaboration.
  • Communication skills that facilitate effective interaction with team members and potential clients.
  • Strong time-management skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
