As a Sales Development Representative, your principal duties will entail:
Generating Leads: You will proactively identify and engage with institutional clients within the APAC region. Leveraging your understanding of the crypto and blockchain landscape, you will utilize various outreach methods—such as emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn— to initiate conversations and secure interest from decision-makers.
Qualifying Prospects: Conduct discovery conversations designed to evaluate client needs and assess their fit for P2P.org's staking solutions, ultimately establishing a strong rapport and laying the groundwork for client relationships.
Supporting Sales Growth: Team up with colleagues in marketing and sales to refine lead generation strategies, optimize outreach efforts, and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads to account executives, all aimed at boosting the company's sales performance.
Tracking and Reporting: Maintain diligent records of all sales activities in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Provide regular updates on lead generation progress, pipeline status, and insights for ongoing improvement.
Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:
A minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the tech or finance sectors geared towards the Japanese market.
A proven track record for closing high-value deals (approximately $1 million+ USD).
Experience in cold outreach to C-level executives and founders, driving successful sales outcomes through effective communication strategies.
Preferred fluency in Mandarin to enhance communication within the client pool.
A solid understanding of the blockchain market dynamics and associated technologies to appropriately engage clients about relevant products.
Exceptional organizational skills and an ability to uphold a strong work tempo to manage multiple prospects efficiently.
