Required Skills

Candidates for this position should possess:

  • 5+ years of experience demonstrating a successful track record in closing business with SaaS companies and/or neobanks.

  • Experience managing sophisticated sales cycles that require engagement across various stakeholders within the prospect organization.

  • A history of selling to both early-stage startups and established companies, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking.

  • The ability to forge strong relationships with prospective customers, becoming a trusted resource.

  • Proven skills in high-growth environments where adaptability and responsiveness to prospect feedback is vital.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills suitable for a variety of channels including video calls and social selling.

  • Self-motivation and the capacity to thrive in ambiguous situations, showing initiative in lead sourcing and closing.

  • Experience selling BaaS and/or SaaS solutions to large enterprise clients.
