In the role of Sales Recruiting Manager, you will:
Construct an effective, cohesive recruiting strategy and team capable of scaling processes and programs.
Collaborate closely with teams from HR, Operations, Compensation, Inclusion, and Diversity to ensure alignment regarding a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.
Engage with senior leadership at Pinterest to understand long-term location strategies and hiring objectives while coordinating your recruitment efforts with these broader initiatives.
Utilize data to continuously enhance the overall effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment efforts.
Strategically manage the pipeline for non-technical roles and oversee the nurturing and development of recruiting talent within your team.
Be an active contributor to the recruiting leadership team, providing insights into hiring trends and fostering a culture of inclusivity.
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:
Proven experience in full-cycle sales recruiting.
A minimum of 3 years in a managerial position overseeing seasoned recruiters within a corporate setting.
Track record of ownership of hiring strategies for significant business units, including experience in building relationships with senior leadership.
Established ability to create strong cross-functional partnerships.
Skills to develop a consistent and scalable hiring approach.
Capable of independently organizing activities and demonstrating creativity and data proficiency in recruitment practices.
Strong leadership attributes emphasizing empathy, clear communication, talent development at varying levels, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to lead with vulnerability.
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
