Previous experience in recruitment, direct sales, or roles similar in nature is preferred, alongside the completion of in-person paid training conducted by GSWCF. Experience specifically with Girl Scouts is also considered an asset. Strong communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for this role.
The recruiter must manage interacting with various community members in diverse settings, requiring the ability to transport, lift, carry, and display recruitment materials. Core competencies expected include:
