Job Role and Responsibilities

The position available is for a Senior Backend Engineer specializing in Golang, aimed at enhancing the Strategy Engine. This role requires the design and development of intricate backend logic to optimize dynamic user interfaces on the App. The responsibilities of this role include:

• Designing advanced backend systems to facilitate tailored user experiences based on user statuses.
• Collaborating with data analysts to examine user data, curate distinct strategies, and evaluate their effectiveness to boost user value.
• Working in close cooperation with Product Managers, DevOps, Quality Assurance (QA), and other team members to provide high-quality software solutions.
• Advocating for best practices in technology among team members, while conducting code reviews to uphold high standards in code quality and consistency.

Skills Required

To be eligible for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of backend software development experience with a strong emphasis on Golang and Python programming languages.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A solid understanding of software frameworks as well as design patterns.
• Familiarity with cloud services, message brokers, relational databases, big data technologies, and microservices architecture.
• Experience in data-driven or AI projects would be advantageous.
