  • Utilizing your expertise with various digital banking platforms such as Central1 Forge, VeriPark, and Intellect Design to shape a digital strategy tailored to the client's needs.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and project teams to collect, prioritize, and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Acting as a customer representative to internal development teams, ensuring that solutions meet clients' requirements.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with clients throughout the entirety of the project.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet specific qualifications:

  • Experience in digital banking projects, particularly within Canadian credit unions.
  • Proven experience in a professional services environment, particularly in financial services or the banking sector.
  • At least 5 years in a business systems planning role specifically in a Canadian tech professional services setting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, working with cross-functional and remote teams.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the entire client lifecycle in the tech services domain, including business development, planning, and delivery.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A university degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, or equivalent relevant experience.

Salary and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from CAD $110,000 to $130,000 per annum, dependent on the candidate's skills, experience, and market rates.
