Responsibilities

  • Translating high-level business requirements into actionable Epics, Features, and User Stories to ensure development teams are well-equipped for implementation.
  • Facilitating Agile ceremonies (like sprint planning and reviews) and ensuring alignment between business expectations and the delivered solutions.
  • Building strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication of complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

To qualify for the position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience, with a Bachelor's degree potentially substituting for 5 years.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on IT systems for at least 3 years.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in an Agile development environment, capable of converting requirements into well-defined Epics, Features, and User Stories.
  • A solid understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, particularly in ITSM, ITAM, and CMDB modules, with experiences in other modules favored.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills, alongside superior communication and interpersonal skills.

Desired Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following certifications and experience are considered advantages:

  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO).
  • ServiceNow certifications including Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
