Coordination with Revenue Leaders, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Insurance Services is an essential aspect of the role, ensuring revenue and costs are accurately captured. The analyst compiles and supports key performance indicators (KPIs) and other visual materials essential for reporting.
A part of the role involves mentoring junior data analysts, helping them develop crucial skills in independent design, analysis, and communication of findings. Cross-training staff to mitigate risks associated with key processes is also a part of job responsibilities. The ideal candidate would possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for those holding Tableau and Anaplan development skills.
