Candidates for this role must possess:
A Master’s degree in Machine Learning or Data Science, with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and computer science.
Over 7 years of experience as a Data Scientist or ML Engineer, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, alongside experience with version control systems (like GitLab/GitHub) and deploying ML models at scale.
Advanced familiarity with cloud platforms, especially GCP, and A/B testing frameworks.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to clearly articulate complex topics to audiences of varying expertise.
A proactive and autonomous work ethic, with a willingness to innovate and question existing methodologies.
