A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Between 10-15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise marketing, specifically in life sciences or the biopharmaceutical sector.
Familiarity with marketing systems and the ability to understand advanced attribution reporting.
Proficiency as a Quantitative and Analytical leader, with a strong focus on tracking goals and KPIs.
A background as a creative marketer, previously building customer relationships capable of generating 8 and 9 figure revenues.
The capability to manage multiple projects effectively in a high-energy environment.
Outstanding communication skills, with an emphasis on both written and verbal abilities, as well as being responsive and accountable.
Experience in leading both by delegation and by doing, demonstrating a hands-on approach to leadership.
