Job Description

The position available is for a Senior Director of Business Development. The selected candidate will be pivotal in helping Apply Digital meet and exceed its aggressive growth targets. This hybrid/remote role ideally seeks a candidate based in the Continental United States, with a capacity to collaborate across various time zones. Key responsibilities include managing territory sales plans, conducting outreach to top-tier prospects, and collaborating closely with sales representatives from alliance partners.

Responsibilities of the Role

The Senior Director of Business Development will be responsible for:

  • Managing and evolving a territory sales plan, focusing on key targets and stakeholders.

  • Performing outreach to tier 1 prospects and decision-makers.

  • Collaborating with sales representatives from Alliance partners to create winning strategies and qualify new opportunities.

  • Leading internal pitch teams for proposal development and presentations.

  • Working alongside Client Partners to close deals and negotiate business terms.

  • Attending networking events to generate leads and following up on marketing campaigns.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates are expected to have:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in acquiring new clients for a digital agency, digital product studio, management consulting, or e-commerce.

  • An extensive network and expertise in selling or consulting with proven success in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
