Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Contribute to existing features, particularly involving the rules engine and lookup tables.
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers to integrate features, ensuring a cohesive and smooth user experience.
  • Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements and turn these into production-grade solutions.
  • Participate in an on-call rotation to help enhance reliability practices.
  • Work in a Scrumban process in close collaboration with Product teams.

Technical Stack

The company uses a robust tech stack, which includes:

  • Core Technologies: JavaScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS (with Sass and styled-components), Webpack, Jest, Enzyme, and Playwright.
  • Additional Technologies: Redux-Saga and event-sourcing.

Required Skills

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in building web applications using JavaScript, React/Redux, HTML, and CSS.
  • Proven experience in delivering scalable, available, maintainable, and performant solutions.
  • Familiarity with the application of software design patterns to ensure high-quality performance and adaptability.
  • Proficiency in writing unit and end-to-end tests as part of the development workflow.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts effectively to teammates including product managers and designers.
