Job Role

The Senior Full Stack Developer will play a pivotal role in owning the technical infrastructure of the company while leading platform development. Responsibilities

The responsibilities for the role include:

• Building and maintaining features across various course platforms

• Working with state-specific compliance requirements, as each state has unique regulations

• Enhancing admin tools and internal systems to streamline operations

• Managing integrations with payment processors, third-party services, and analytics tools

• Architecting scalable solutions as the company expands its course offerings and enters new markets

• Assisting in the hiring and onboarding process for new developers as the team grows

Technical Skills Required

Candidates for the Senior Full Stack Developer position should meet the following requirements:

• Must have:

  • Over 7 years of experience with Laravel
  • Proficiency in Blade templating
  • Experience working with multiple codebases
  • API integration experience, especially with payment processors and third-party services
  • Familiarity with AWS
  • Ability to work independently and be self-directed
  • Strong communication skills (async-first communication and proficiency in English)

Work Conditions

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 to $80,000 USD per year. Employment will be facilitated through an Employer of Record (EOR), ensuring all legal and tax requirements are fulfilled.
