GOAT Group is currently seeking a Senior Global Benefits Specialist who will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing the company’s non-U.S. benefits and leave management programs. Key Responsibilities

In the role of Senior Global Benefits Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

  • Administering and managing all non-U.S. benefits programs across GOAT’s global footprint, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Partnering with benefits consultants, local brokers, and HR Business Partners to devise benefits initiatives tailored to specific organizational needs.
  • Enhancing global benefits programs by considering benchmarking data, employee feedback, compliance issues, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Regularly meeting with the benefits broker team and external vendors to discuss and manage benefits.
  • Maintaining an international benefits calendar and working with stakeholders for the renewal process or introducing new benefits.
  • Overseeing all aspects of GOAT’s global benefits programs, such as pension/retirement plans, medical, dental, and insured policies.
  • Developing and refining international benefits expertise across various statutory requirements and supplemental offerings.
  • Managing the leave of absence program in collaboration with HR Business Partners while driving ongoing process improvements.
  • Staying updated on regulations and new legislations, ensuring compliance and overseeing audits and necessary filings.
  • Supporting immigration matters as needed, in areas like visa transfers, renewals, and leave of absence postings.
  • Creating standard operating procedure documents for the benefits programs and delivering educational resources to employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates interested in this position should possess:

  • At least 5 years of experience within Human Resources with a foundational understanding of global benefits and leave plans.
  • Knowledge of both statutory and private benefit plans on a global scale, including previous exposure to global compliance and administration.
  • A strong ability to multitask and work independently within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent skills in Excel and capability to address complex benefits and leave of absence challenges.
  • Keen organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail, aiming for high accuracy in all undertakings.
  • Highly developed professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with UKG and/or ADP Lyric would be considered a plus.

Hiring Range

The hiring range for the Senior Global Benefits Specialist position falls between $83,500 and $104,500 USD per year, exclusive of benefits. Total compensation will take into consideration various factors including work location, role level, skills, experience, and market demand.
