• Utilizing Lever (Applicant Tracking System) to maintain project cleanliness and providing weekly reports on pipeline health and metrics.

• Coordinating candidate interaction across multiple roles and geographic locations.

Required Skills

Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in in-house, full-cycle recruiting, with a recent focus on GTM roles specifically within the cybersecurity SaaS industry.

• Profound knowledge of modern sourcing techniques across numerous platforms (GitHub, Stack Overflow, SeekOut, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

• Ability to operate independently without extensive sourcing support.

• Experienced using Applicant Tracking Systems, with Lever being preferable, alongside a strict adherence to maintaining data integrity and consistent processes.

  

• Should have the capacity to collaborate with different teams autonomously while demonstrating urgency.
