Position Overview

The company invites applications for the position of Senior HR Business Partner to join its People Strategy Team. The role entails reporting directly to the General Counsel and collaborating with the global People team to provide exceptional HR support to the organization. Responsibilities

The Senior HR Business Partner will have several key responsibilities, including:

  • Acting as the primary HR partner for the Field Engineering Organization globally.

  • Understanding business goals and recommending new approaches, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and HR practices.
  • Monitoring employee engagement and maintaining a pulse on organizational dynamics.
  • Ensuring legal compliance and reducing risks through strong knowledge of local employment laws.
  • Navigating complex employee relations situations with effective counsel.
  • Driving transformation within the People team and building strong relationships across the organization.
  • Collaborating on initiatives like performance reviews, engagement surveys, and employee events.

Qualifications

Candidates interested in this role should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 6+ years in an HR role within a fast-paced organization, ideally in the tech sector, with at least 3+ years in business partner or employee relations roles.
  • Proven experience with growth and departmental transformations in a Go To Market organization.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence and coach at all organizational levels.
  • An in-depth understanding of HR practices, including local employment laws.
  • The capability to analyze data to influence decision-making outcomes.

Salary and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 USD. It's important to note that this range is an estimate, with actual salaries varying based on several factors such as skills, experience, geographic location, and Neo4j's compensation policies.
