  • Owning and optimizing the entire HR technology ecosystem at Lattice, which combines both internal and third-party tools.
  • Leading significant systems projects, such as transitioning to new Lattice products and enhancing HRIS capabilities.
  • Identifying automation and integration opportunities that will enhance system scalability and data integrity.
  • Maintaining robust data governance practices to uphold consistency and accuracy across all HR systems.
  • Collaboratively devising a renewal strategy for vendor contracts with finance and procurement teams focussing on affordability and value.
  • Keeping abreast of emerging HR technology trends and recommending solutions to improve the People Operations function.

Required Skills
