Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, ensuring alignment with established policies, internal controls, and SOX requirements.

  • Reviewing and approving vendor contracts, purchase requests, payment batches, and payroll outputs to maintain accuracy and compliance.

  • Supporting month-end and quarter-end close processes through accrual reviews and reconciliations.

  • Coordinating with internal and external auditors, acting as the subject-matter expert for procurement, accounts payable, and payroll processes.

  • Identifying areas for improvement to strengthen internal controls, mitigate risk, and support scaling operations for organizational growth.
