• A minimum of 3 years of experience leading technical teams, preferably within India.
• Comprehensive skill set in managing both cloud and on-prem environments, including understanding servers, networking, storage, and maintenance/change windows.
• Hands-on expertise with technologies such as Kubernetes, Linux containers, and Windows containers.
• Proficient in scripting languages including PowerShell and Python.
• Strong background in Infrastructure as Code practices, specifically using Terraform.
• Familiarity with managing and optimizing multiple Active Directory forests.
• Solid understanding of incident management, observability, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices, and resilience engineering.
• Ability to conduct market research, run Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and assist in selecting appropriate tools for the infrastructure.
• A security-first mindset alongside knowledge of best practices is paramount in this role.
• Experience using monitoring tools such as Datadog, New Relic, and Uptime.com is a plus.
• Exposure to mergers and acquisitions from an infrastructure integration standpoint will be highly regarded.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, suitable for working in a global environment are essential.
