Required Skills and Experience

For this position, the ideal candidate should possess essential skills and experience, which include:

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in the marine industry with a focus on shipyard production, fabrication, refit, or production-liaison roles.

• A solid comprehension of ship structural design, particularly how it applies to fabricated structures, including local structure and foundational components.

• Hands-on experience with steel and aluminium construction, ideally involving block or modular fabrication processes.

  

• Proven capacity to assess technical challenges and apply sound engineering judgment for effective resolution.
