Required Skills

  • Strong project leadership skills and experience in delivering mechanical services across multiple disciplines.
  • Competence in all stages of mechanical design, from initial concept to completion.
  • Proficient with digital tools: AutoCAD, Revit, IES, NBS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated ability in energy conservation and sustainability, along with knowledge of renewable technologies.
  • Familiarity with technical requirements and legislative standards for mechanical services equipment and installation.
  • Excellent communication skills, particularly interpersonal skills when working with diverse teams, including structural engineers, architects, and contractors.
  • Capable of engaging in report writing and having experience in fee estimation and bid writing is a plus.
  • Experience in mentoring junior engineers is also valuable.
  • Must hold or meet the qualifications for security clearance to MOD SC level.

Compensation and Benefits
