Position Overview

The Senior Migration Consultant will hold a crucial position within the Professional Services group. Key Responsibilities

The consultant will be responsible for a range of tasks which include:

• Providing subject matter expertise on migration implementations;
• Advising clients through the ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process;
• Mentoring junior Data Migration Specialists on best practices;
• Contributing to the professional services knowledge base to enhance the migration program;
• Guiding migration tool development tailored to the ETL process;
• Estimating project scopes for the Vault R&D suite.

A successful candidate will maintain collaborative relationships with various internal teams, including services, product, sales, and strategy, to facilitate client success.

Required Skills

To qualify for this role, applicants must possess:

• Over 7 years of experience in document/content migration with enterprise content management systems (e.g., Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint);
• Extensive experience managing database migration from enterprise software systems, including SAP, Salesforce, PeopleSoft, Oracle;
• Proven customer-facing consulting experience, specifically in technical capacities;
• Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, and XML;
• Ability to meet travel requirements, expected to be up to 10%.

Nice-to-have skills include:

• Experience within the pharmaceutical and life sciences domains;
• Familiarity with clinical, regulatory, quality, or safety business processes;
• Project management experience accompanying enterprise software implementations;
• Knowledge of GxP and software validation regulations.

Salary

The base salary for this role ranges from $90,000 to $185,000 CAD, tailored based on individual experience and qualifications.
