Mentor and guide Data Migration Specialists at Veeva on best practices and migration activities, contributing to the growth of the team's knowledge base.
Assist in project estimates for the Vault R&D product suite and collaborate with various teams within Veeva, including Services, Product, Sales, and Strategy, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
To be considered for the role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:
A minimum of 7 years of experience with document and content migration using enterprise content management systems (e.g., Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint).
At least 7 years of experience in database migration with relevant enterprise software systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce.com, Oracle).
A strong background in customer-facing technical consulting, showcasing a proven track record of successful interactions with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert in the respective field.
Experience in leading and mentoring team members, promoting a supportive learning environment.
Capability to work with REST APIs, JSON, and XML, plus a willingness to travel up to 10% of the time for project needs.
Candidates must be located in and legally authorized to work in either the U.S. or Canada. Additional preferences include experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry and familiarity with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes.
