Responsibilities

• Mentor junior Veeva Data Migration Specialists on best practices related to migration activities.
• Contribute to the organization's Professional Services knowledge base to enhance the migration program.
• Offer guidance and subject-matter expertise on the development of migration tools related to the ETL process.
• Assist in project scope estimates for the Vault R&D product suite.

Required Skills

To qualify for this role, candidates must demonstrate a solid background and proven experience in relevant areas:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience focused on document/content migration using enterprise content management systems such as Documentum, OpenText, Box, SharePoint, etc.
• At least 7 years of database migration experience with major enterprise software systems (SAP, Salesforce.com, PeopleSoft, Oracle, etc.).
• Customer-facing technical consulting experience with a proven track record of engaging with senior management and executives.
• Experience in leading and mentoring teams, showcasing leadership skills in the technical consulting landscape.
• Proficiency in working with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for client engagements and meetings.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada.

Preferred Qualifications

In addition to the basic requirements, the following qualifications will be beneficial:

• Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, or Safety business processes will be helpful.
• Project Management experience concerning enterprise software implementations.
• Knowledge of GxP and software validation regulations.
• Experience overseeing a migration verification process.

Compensation and Benefits

Veeva Systems provides a competitive compensation structure, with base salary ranging from $90,000 to $185,000.
