• Technical Experience: Proficiency in using optical and radio frequency (RF) test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, power meters, and attenuators.
• Software Development: At least 2 years of experience in test automation software development using languages like C#, Python, or Matlab.
• Statistical Knowledge: Competence in statistical analysis within a production context, including CPk analysis and Pareto analysis.
