  • Monitoring KPIs: You will keep a close eye on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), New Customer Cost of Acquisition (NC-CAC), and Hook Rate. You’ll be expected to derive and implement optimization measures independently.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To qualify for this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • 4-5 years of operational experience in Performance Marketing focusing on Meta Ads within an E-Commerce or D2C environment.

  • Proven track record of scaling advertising budgets significantly (from €100,000 monthly) while maintaining or improving profitability.

  • A deep understanding of modern tracking mechanisms, including Server-Side Tracking, Conversions API, and post-iOS attribution.

  • Experience in strategically optimizing customer funnels, guiding users from advertisement engagement to purchase.
