Job Responsibilities

As a Senior Platform Engineer, your role will significantly impact customer satisfaction by enhancing TrustYou's existing infrastructure. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Planning, implementing, and maintaining a Kubernetes infrastructure that operates on bare metal servers, utilizing a DevOps mindset.
• Automating the infrastructure provisioning process through GitOps workflows, allowing for easier deployments.
• Collaborating with engineering teams to ensure reliable and frequent deployments.
• Monitoring and optimizing the cloud infrastructure to align with business needs and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Implementing and maintaining security protocols and compliance standards.

• Co-creating a vision for future infrastructure enhancements and supporting junior engineers through mentoring.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of overall experience, with no less than 4 years managing Kubernetes infrastructures on bare metal.
• Profound knowledge of Linux environments and familiar with scripting languages.
• In-depth knowledge of networking, particularly Kubernetes Container Network Interfaces (CNIs).
• Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with GitOps.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, or Thanos.

• Fluency in English is essential.
