HighLevel is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager for their Brand Visibility suite, focusing on local presence management features like Listings integrations, GBP tools, and more. This high-impact role is pivotal in determining how agencies and their clients improve online visibility.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:
Leading the vision and roadmap for Listings, GBP tools, and presence management features.
Aligning strategies with market developments in local search and multi-location marketing.
Managing partnerships with Yext, Uberall, and other listing networks for reliability and expanded coverage.
Developing experiences that help agencies manage large volumes of listings efficiently, which includes bulk actions and duplicate suppression.
Creating tools that aid in managing GBP attributes, reviews, insights, and ranking performance.
Utilizing AI for generating optimized business descriptions and recommendations.
Conducting user interviews, defining requirements, and launching features with measurable success metrics.
Setting KPIs around listings accuracy rate and engagement metrics.
Presenting product roadmaps and enabling GTM teams for successful feature launches.
Candidates applying for this position should possess:
5-6 years of Product Management experience in SaaS, particularly in local SEO tools, MarTech, or listings platforms.
A strong understanding of local search ranking factors and directory ecosystems, as well as familiarity with tools such as Yext, Uberall, and Moz Local.
Experience in API-based integrations and third-party partnerships.
A data-driven mindset with a comfort in analytics and event-level tracking.
Knowledge of AI/LLMs for content generation is a significant advantage.
Excellent instincts in UI/UX design, backed by experience aligning closely with design teams.
Proven strategic capabilities along with the ability to prioritize effectively and take ownership.
