1KOMMA5° is on a mission to build Germany's largest integrated solution for selling, installing, and servicing solar systems, heat pumps, electricity, and charging infrastructure. We are looking for a highly skilled Product Manager to become a vital part of our growing tech and app team, contributing to the development of the 1KOMMA5° Mobile App. As a Product Manager in the B2C domain, your role will involve crafting and executing strategies to enhance energy insights and visualize home energy management system performance, AI optimizations, monetary savings, and ecological impact. By joining our innovative team, you will enable customers globally to engage more completely in their personal energy journeys.

Your Role and Responsibilities

In your capacity as a Product Manager, you will assume ownership of a key segment of the 1KOMMA5° Mobile App, focusing on visualizing energy consumption and generation data. Working alongside designers, data, and mobile app engineers, you will orchestrate cross-functional collaborations to create intuitive, engaging solutions that bring energy data to life. You'll define the product roadmap, prioritize features, ensure seamless customer experiences, and transform customer needs into scalable solutions.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining the product roadmap and coordinating tasks to meet project milestones efficiently, ensuring a smooth customer order-to-activation flow.
• Gathering and analyzing customer feedback and market trends for informed product development.
• Facilitating communication among developers, product managers, and external partners to achieve aligned objectives.

Additional Responsibilities

Your role will also extend to managing stakeholder expectations, driving the digital product strategy in collaboration with the App & Product Leadership team, analyzing and testing potential features, crafting user stories, and presenting project progress. Moreover, you will document and update projects to maintain transparency and progress tracking.

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will have:

• Extensive experience as a Product Manager, particularly in app development or energy data handling.
• A strong passion for design and technology with an interest in enhancing customer experiences in clean energy.
• Expertise in managing timelines and fostering collaboration among multiple departments.
• A proactive attitude and team player spirit, ensuring product success.
• Proficiency in digital project management tools and agile methodologies.
• Exceptional communication skills with strong written and spoken English; German is a plus.

Bonus Skills

Additional experience in the energy industry, technical infrastructure for app delivery, and B2C environments will be advantageous.
