Position Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will drive the remote authentication roadmap, influencing the strategic direction of frictionless authentication for the company. Your main tasks will include:

• Owning product capabilities and maintaining responsibility for their strategic direction and execution.
• Discovering customer and market dynamics to adapt the product strategies effectively.
• Advocating for users by simplifying their access experiences by closely collaborating with user experience designers, architects, and product teams.
• Managing partnerships across various cross-functional teams to ensure coherence and alignment across strategies.
• Ensuring that product objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met as part of the product lifecycle.

Skills and Requirements

Candidates for this position must possess several key qualifications and traits, such as:

• A profound understanding of various aspects of authentication, including but not limited to certificate-based authentication, asymmetric cryptography, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, particularly concerning SaaS, Enterprise, or security products.
• In-depth knowledge of identity management, authentication frameworks, and emerging security trends such as FIDO and zero trust architectures.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering is preferred, with an MBA being advantageous.
• The ability to simplify complex authentication issues and foster a collaborative environment among cross-functional teams.
