Job Description

As the Senior Project Manager, you will be an integral part of the New Business & Marketing team within the agency. This role is vital in the operational framework that supports the company's growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

• Multiple Projects: Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, particularly in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Operational Improvements: Continuously seek to improve operational processes, workflows, and overall project management practices.

Qualifications and Skills

To qualify for this role, you are expected to meet specific qualifications and skills requirements:

• Experience: 5 to 7+ years of experience in project management, with agency experience being a plus.
• Complex Campaigns: Proven background in managing complex, multi-phase marketing or advertising campaigns.
• Budget Management: Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and capacity planning.
• Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional teams in various domains including Client Services, Creative, Strategy, and Production.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Harvest, Salesforce, Workfront, or Monday.com.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is required.
