As a Senior Recruiter, you will have the following responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with business goals to attract a wide range of diverse talent.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and key stakeholders to understand specific role requirements across different business units, including Sales & Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Operations.
Employ various sourcing methods to build a diverse pool of candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Actively engage with passive candidates through targeted outreach and networking events.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing prompt feedback and maintaining open communication.
Develop strategies to keep candidates informed and engaged from initial contact through to onboarding.
Conduct thorough market analysis using tools like LinkedIn Insights to stay updated on tech industry developments and local job market shifts.
Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, pass-through rates, and offer acceptance rates.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement within the recruitment process.
Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, offering strategic guidance on talent acquisition and workforce planning.
Collaborate with the broader HR team to enhance recruitment processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and a positive candidate experience.
This role qualifies as a remote position, meaning the employee is not required to be physically present in or near an office frequently, allowing for flexible work from a designated remote location. Positions at DocuSign maintain specific designations of In Office, Hybrid, or Remote, and can be adapted according to business needs and local law.
Candidates aspiring to apply for this role should possess the following qualifications:
A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
Fluency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
A minimum of 6 years of agency and/or in-house recruitment experience within the Japan market.
At least 3 years of recruiting experience for Sales roles in a software organization.
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Capability to analyze market trends and utilize data to inform recruitment strategies using tools like LinkedIn Insights and Visier.
Experience hiring for Sales roles across all levels, from entry-level positions to senior leadership.
Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search methodologies.
Strong skills in conducting various types of interviews, including structured, competency-based, and technical interviews.
History of successfully filling high-volume roles, ideally 8+ roles per quarter.
