  • Provide operational excellence training, which includes pipeline management and account planning, to both existing sellers and newly hired team members.
  • Collaborate with other teams such as Sales, Business Activation, and RevOps to improve sales processes and pipeline health.
  • Propose new tools and technologies (e.g., AI/Machine Learning) that could further enhance productivity.
  • Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks in seller workflows while implementing enhancements through automation and integrated playbooks.
  • Lead planning initiatives to set measurable KPIs linked to operational efficiency and seller adoption of tools.

Sales Technology Program Management

  • Oversee the enablement strategy for essential sales tools, ensuring ample adoption and value return (ROI).
  • Provide specialized training on various tools to help sellers maximize their proficiency and productivity.
  • Partner with tool owners to design effective workflows and integrations.
  • Continue to monitor the effectiveness of sales tools and address any issues to optimize the tech stack.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with other leaders to identify skills gaps prevalent in the sales teams and develop focused training solutions.
  • Align tool learning paths with onboarding processes to facilitate a seamless transition and training for new hires.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor success through various metrics including adoption rates, activity data, and sales cycle efficiency.
  • Regularly review program outcomes with leadership and adjust strategies accordingly.

Required Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or GTM management, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth context.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for the position is competitive, with a base salary range of $144,000 to $181,000 at the company’s Conshohocken, PA office.
