As a Senior Risk Analyst, your primary duties will include:

  • Performing Know Your Business and Know Your Customer reviews of new subscriber applications in compliance with the Customer Identification Program.
  • Verifying application details and documents to ensure they meet the required criteria outlined in policies.
  • Assessing ongoing risk and due diligence for newly onboarded customers while adhering to enterprise guidelines.
  • Analyzing transaction data to identify potential fraud, credit, and compliance risks while taking necessary risk mitigation actions.
  • Investigating flagged accounts in transaction monitoring, chargeback activity, and drafting Suspicious Activity Reports.
  • Crafting and adapting risk strategies in response to evolving trends in order to mitigate operational risks and maintain compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years of risk management experience, ideally focusing on CIP, BSA/AML principles, and fraud investigations.
