Position Details

Responsibilities

The role encompasses several critical functions:

  • End-to-end talent acquisition: You will be responsible for all phases of talent sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding within the organization.
  • Talent Sourcing Strategies: Establish and test various channels for sourcing talent across regions including LATAM and APAC.
  • Creative Recruitment: Develop innovative and proprietary sourcing channels to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Vetting and Quality Control: Direct the vetting process to ensure that only the best finance and accounting professionals are accepted into the organization.
  • Performance Metrics: Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to continually improve processes and maintain a high bar for candidate quality.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the company's founders and engineering team to integrate automation and efficiencies into the recruitment process.
  • Thought Leadership: Serve as a strategic partner to the founders concerning all aspects of talent acquisition and assist with internal recruiting needs.
  • Building Teams: Over time, you will have the opportunity to build and manage a team of talent acquisition experts focused on efficient sourcing and vetting processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a year spent in a leadership or senior role.
  • Proven ability to source high-quality talent at high volumes using both active and passive techniques, particularly in the APAC and LATAM regions.
  • Experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidate qualifications against set criteria.
  • Familiarity with developing and testing various talent sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
  • The ability to use data in recruitment strategy formulation and understanding key metrics for evaluating channel success.
  • Preferred experience in recruiting for finance and accounting roles, though not strictly required.
  • Proficiency with essential HR tools, including job boards and platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability and poise in a fast-paced, evolving work environment.
