  • Washington: $110,000 - $122,000 USD
  • Oregon, Delaware, Maine, Massachusetts, Maryland, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Vermont, Washington D.C., Pennsylvania, Virginia, Colorado, Texas, Illinois, Hawaii: $105,000 - $117,000 USD
  • All other states: $95,000 - $105,000 USD
