Key Responsibilities

You will have the responsibility to lead the Practice Nexus project, particularly focusing on the MyPractice platform and overseeing the Cloud Couch initiative. Your duties will include:

• Product Ownership for Practice Nexus and MyPractice, owning the entire vision, roadmap, and execution processes.

• Collaborating with business owners to define the problems faced, success metrics, and an ideal future state that meets both technical and non-technical stakeholder expectations.

• Continuously monitoring and optimizing workflows to enhance the user experience.

• Leading the product strategy and development for the Cloud Couch initiative, which connects Aledade's internal platforms to improve support and configuration operations.

• Deep discovery and solution design that encompasses understanding user requirements and redefining current workflows to address existing challenges.

• Creating detailed user stories that cover functional and non-functional requirements, and collaborating with various teams to align on product objectives.

• Developing short- and long-term roadmaps focusing on value delivery while managing risks effectively.

• Defining and tracking success metrics for the Practice Nexus and MyPractice areas and collaborating with BI/Analytics teams to ensure quality data captures.

Required Qualifications

To apply for this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience in technology, technology-enabled services, or SaaS with part of that time spent in a technical or platform-focused environment.

  

• Proven experience managing complex internal tools or platforms, demonstrating end-to-end ownership from discovery through rollout and iteration.

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and methodologies, preferably Agile/Scrum.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills to synthesize complex details into clear documentation and decisions.

• Experience in healthcare technology, particularly digital health or technology-enabled healthcare services.

Preferred Skills and Abilities

While not mandatory, having knowledge in the following areas could enhance your candidacy:

• Prior experience with Cloud Couch or similar Salesforce products, including workflow design and integrations.

• Understanding of EHR data integration and familiarity with relevant data standards.

• Comfort in working with SQL and analytics tools.

• Success in leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple product areas.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and manage competing priorities effectively.

Physical Requirements
