  • Release Notes: Collaborate efficiently with PED teams and the release management team to draft, edit, and publish internal and external release notes. Ensure that these documents are comprehensive, accurate, and maintain a well-structured page so users can easily access them.

  • Internal Product Documentation: Support internal teams by drafting and maintaining thorough documentation for Product, Engineering, and Design staff and other internal stakeholders. You will work cross-functionally to reflect accurate and up-to-date information about features and functionalities, translating complex technical concepts into understandable content.

  • Developer Documentation: Manage and enhance developer documentation concerning APIs, integrations, and platform features, ensuring it remains comprehensive and user-friendly.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work together with stakeholders across different teams, including product managers and engineers, to gather necessary information, ensuring documentation aligns seamlessly with product updates.

Required Skills

To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a technical writer within a B2B SaaS environment. Candidates should have a history of writing release notes or product documentation.

  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Knowledge Base & CMS tools, technical documentation platforms, and a solid understanding of SaaS platforms and APIs, which would greatly benefit the documentation process.
