  • Incident Response & Forensics: Conducting comprehensive cyber forensic investigations across various environments, including Linux, Windows, macOS, containers, and cloud ecosystems is essential. The role also entails performing memory and disk analysis, network traffic analysis, and log correlation while adhering to chain-of-custody procedures to preserve and analyze digital evidence and determine the root cause of incidents.

Required Skills

To be a fit for this role, candidates must possess:

  • Experience: A minimum of 6 years in cybersecurity, with at least 4 years dedicated to threat hunting, incident response, or digital forensics. Candidates should have hands-on experience with significant security incidents and breach investigations.

  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as GCFA, GCFE, GNFA, GREM, OSCP, GCIA, or similar are required to demonstrate proficiency in cybersecurity.

  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of attacker TTPs across the cyber kill chain and experience working in high-scale cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure is vital. Furthermore, familiarity with e-commerce, payment systems, and mobile application security is advantageous.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having a background in offensive security or red teaming can be beneficial. Experience with SOAR platforms and security automation, as well as knowledge of machine learning applications in threat detection, will set candidates apart.
