Conceive strategic content ideas aligned with product specifications, utilizing data analytics and user research to inform your strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of both verbal and design elements to enhance the overall user experience effectively.
Present your work to Design Directors and other executives, working to gain their buy-in to ensure alignment and direction.
Coordinate with cross-functional partners including legal, accessibility, and localization teams to uphold excellence at every stage.
Participate in content team reviews, contributing to the refinement and elevation of team output.
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:
At least 7 years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of these fields.
Proven experience in leading content projects through from concept to meticulous execution.
The ability to produce and deliver executive-level presentations, coupled with strong stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in developing content guidelines, messaging frameworks, and style guides to maintain consistency across the organization.
An intrinsic drive to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams throughout the design phases of product development.
A solid understanding of UX design principles and interaction models, as well as comfort with navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
