Responsibilities

• Content Design & UX Flow Optimization:

  • Shape UX flows from a content-first approach, prioritizing usability and navigation.
  • Define clear guidelines for content usage and maintain thorough documentation for design integration.
  • Work in close connection with UX and product teams to ensure seamless content incorporation into product design.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Engage regularly with product managers, designers, and developers to enhance user interaction through effective content.
  • Advocate for content alignment with user research and product design insights.
  • Communicate the rationale behind content decisions thoroughly with stakeholders.

• CMS & Content Management:

  • Oversee and manage content using Contentful, adhering to content structure best practices.
  • Utilize analytic tools like Pendo to improve the quality of external-facing content.

Required Skills
