Job Title and Overview

The position offered is for a Content & SEO Lead / SEO Content Writer. This person will hold a crucial role in managing the content strategy, along with writing and optimizing content across multiple portfolio companies. This role is integral as it balances high-level strategic planning with hands-on execution and supports diverse industries such as Medicare, debt, software, legal, and insurance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, write, and optimize web content like blogs, landing pages, and site copy utilizing WordPress.

• Repurpose content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn) and handle occasional press releases.

• Ensure compliance with Google's E-E-A-T standards in all content and leverage AI tools in the workflow.

• Execute fundamental SEO tasks, including on-page optimization, managing backlinks, monitoring SERP, and utilizing Google Analytics.

• Manage a recurring content schedule across multiple brands and industries.

• Collaborate with specific team leads from each company and report directly to the Content Manager/Director.

Position Requirements

To qualify for this role, candidates should possess the following:

• At least 3 years of proven experience in SEO content creation and content strategy.

• Strong skills in writing, grammar, research, and an acute attention to detail, along with an understanding of TCPA/compliance.

• Self-motivated individuals capable of working independently without much oversight.

• Comfort in managing diverse topics and maintaining recurring content schedules.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD $2,300/month. Additional benefits include:
